For a long time, our curls, volume, and frizz were largely overlooked by the high-end cosmetics industry. We could find products to nourish our hair, but rarely with the sensory experience and transparency afforded to other cosmetics. We wanted something different: to treat textured hair with the same care as high-end cosmetics, leaving nothing to chance.

Due to their spiral shape, sebum produced by the scalp does not flow well along the hair fiber. Result: naturally drier, weaker hair that is prone to breakage. Whether they are curly, coily, or kinky, our hair needs care that primarily provides hydration and nourishment, without ever suffocating the fiber or weighing down the curl.

Our signature. Present throughout the range, it is a real natural alternative to silicones: it makes detangling easier, coats the curl, adds shine and nourishes without ever weighing it down. It is upcycled, derived from unharvested seeds, and we use it in both its pure form and its water-soluble form (which dissolves in water) to preserve the lightness of our textures.

Melting, lightweight, highly moisturizing textures
For a quick and sensory routine, each of our formulas is very slippery to make detangling easier. No "buttery" textures that can weigh down or flatten volume: our treatments remain fluid and melting, whether it's a conditioner, a gelée, or a leave-in treatment. Applied to wet or damp hair, they lock in hydration, smooth the cuticle, and leave the hair silky and shiny.

A 3-step routine for every hair type
Our promise is built on three steps — washing, treating, and styling — tailored to every hair type, from the finest to the thickest.
1. Wash gently
A gentle shampoo, formulated with mild surfactants, that cleanses the scalp and removes impurities without irritation. Ideal for spacing out washes and preserving protective sebum.
2. Treat & nourish
A nourishing mask and conditioner that provide nutrition and softness, repair damaged hair, and strengthen brittle lengths. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse.
3. Style & define

Forget overpowering scents. Make way for an ultra-fresh, floral fragrance that is 100% natural and allergen-free. Within the Ornela Paris range, the scent trail is understated, centered around a fresh flower (silky leaf); our jelly reveals a subtle hint of rose.
